If only everywhere had even half of the customer service you receive at NJ Powers , when issues arise it be so less stressful.These guys are just amazing, I could literally write all day about how kind they were to me. I will never be able to thank them enough.From Niall contacting me and going well out of his way for me with his kindness to technician Janis being the most patient, obliging , genuinely good guy , I honestly was touched with how helpful they were to me when literally nobody else would listen to the issue we were having or even come out to look. This is the way to do things. Had problem with pump. Left it into N J power this morning. Problem identified, parts replaced and now pump back in attic working perfect, all in same day! And all this plus really helpful advice at a fair price. Thanks! 5 stars.
